2. They must - in addition to being a veteran business woman - be a giving soul who cares for people of the planet.

3. They must have befriended hundreds of national retailers and helped them in their enterprise.

4. They must have been honing their sales technique and flexibility for the last 30 years.

5. They must be regarded with respect and affection by generations of past and current young entrepreneurs.

6. They must have been the founder of one of the oldest wholesale apparel companies in San Francisco.

So, by unanimous consent, the Bagel Board of Directors has declared the the only person possibly worthy of the Golden Bagel Award is: GAIL C. SIMON !!!
